coullstar 2
I thought the later Mk3 had the better rear calipers in terms of siezing? My drivers side is siezed quite badly and I have to drive about 3-400miles this weekend. I dont want it getting that hot that I start thinning out the bearing grease and damaging that. Is there any quick fixes because I do not have time to take it off and try to free it.
FishWick 21
Nope, no quick fixes if it's ceased I'm afraid. The MK3 ones were slightly better than MK2 but the ones you want are MK4, they are the best ones. Had them on my Corrado over a year and they actually work, most noticably the handbrake actually works!

uber-tub 0
I am thinking of putting mk4 rear calipers on the mk2. I know i have to wind the piston back in but how far back out do I wind then to suit the mk2 disks, or will they self-adjust?
