I am the owner of a home built MKIV Golf VRT which is currently down for a blown crack pipe and washed piston ring. My girlfriend also owns a MKIV Jetta VR6 which is coincidentally down because of an alternator. I have struggled for three years dealing with the endless issues of the VR6 puzzle but am hopelessly addicted. I hope to share my knowledge with all of you and learn too.
