Jamsplodge 3
We have just purchased a 1990 Mk2 VR6 conversion, just passed MOT with no advisories (before we purchased it) however the instrument cluster is not working! No warning lights working, no rev counter, not speedo, no fuel or temp gauge, however miles show but not going up. Any thoughts please? Thanks Ian
science 7
For CE2 cars, which I think yours is Check fuse 21 (15amp) is ok and remove for 30 seconds. If it's an earlier CE1 fusebox (unlikely with a VR6) its fuse 3.If it doesn't fix it check plugs U1 and U2 at the fusebox. Edited June 21, 2015 by science

Jamsplodge 3
yes it was missing the jumper cable between E2 and D8, all working now. Though the idling is not steady, fluctuating a bit. boab3
