Hello, has anyone got any advice on parts to buy for a mk5 r32? I'm looking to get it 300+ bhp, I know it's pretty tough being NA but hey, many thanks.

I would say 300bhp is unachievable realistically whilst staying NA, you could spend thousands on bigger cams, bigger valves, higher rpm limit and still make less than 270bhp. Get a supercharger kit, it will end up cheaper than extensive NA mods and make more power than you want. Also a high bhp NA will sacrifice a lot of lower end torque and not be very nice to drive

A decent remap with exhaust filter etc will c u about 275 ish bit more with cams,but theses are more about the torque, bhp is nothing without torque it'll feel more responsive pick up with be better etc

Stealth Racing recently mapped a standard MK5 engine to 290hp.  Admittedly it was in a Corrado though, and they did say that was a little higher than what they normally see, but it's possible.  300hp is a stretch without cams and probably a short runner intake.  The standard intake is the main bottle neck on this engine.

Thanks guys, and I was thinking supercharged haha. It just feels like that 3.2 needs a little more than 246. It seems a bit low for what its actually got sitting there. Still so damn fun though! Thanks again.

My audi a3 3.2 is running 277bhp with a titanium exhaust, forced induction and a savage map.. it pulls like a train to be honest..
