Diamondracing 0 Posted August 24, 2015 Report Share Posted August 24, 2015 Hi I have just bought a vr6 and have been looking at modern lines, I am definitely going to buy some but unsure whether to buy 9 inch all round or to get 7.5 for the front and 9 inch rear,Also I'm after photos and info if anyone has ever done it and what's specsI would like 16 x 9 all roundWill I need to roll arches and take out the inner Arch?Also pictures for stretch on 9 inch wheels I'm wondering whether to go 205/40/16 or 215/40/16Basically I don't care about going fast I just want to slam it have some camber and have it wideAny help grateful!! That'll give you some nice stretch and if you get the right offset, you'll have a nice bit of poke!Best to roll the rear arches or else you'll Defo be rubbing! reynolds9000 26 Posted August 31, 2015 Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 forgot to add that the front and rear arches are completely rolled flat and front camber is at full negative. I never measured in degrees, I just loosened the strut at the steering knuckle and pushed all the way in and tightened it all back down. set the toe based on my eyeballs and my fenders and got pretty decent tire wear and fairly good tracking given the negative camber.
