Reaperx 181 Posted August 31, 2015 Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 Will be rebuilding my obd1 engine ready for a spacer plate and turbo setup. Have been reading a lot about how the obd2 timing chain setup is far superior to the obd1. Can I just replace the obd1 chain with the updated parts from the obd2. Link to post Share on other sites

Reaperx 181 Posted August 31, 2015 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2015 (edited) I got her out of storage earlier and blew the cobwebs off. Started first time with a boost pack but didn't sound too good running its off a cylinder and ticking coming from the gearbox end of the engine.
