craggsy 91
Right i got my samcos from the group buy and was wondering how much coolant i'll need to refill it? Also where can i get some new clips for them?
meek 0
Clips you can get from any plumbing DIY shop. No idea on the coolant amount
shail 0
Clips - make sure you use ones with smooth inside surface, as ones with 'teeth' on the inside face will wreck the samco (so i was told).Coolant - the capacity of the cooling system is 10L total.
VR6Rob 0
G12+ coolant needs to be 2 parts coolant to 3 parts water so you need 4l of coolant and 6l of water.
VRmonster 1
is it best to use g12 then? whats the difference between that and g11? other than colour, lol.
VR6Rob 0
you can't get g11 or g12 any more they have been replace with g12+
shail 0
Diiference is in the different chemicals they use, so cant be mixed together as they'll react and sludge up your system. G12+ has been made so that it can safely be mixed with G11 or G12.
VRmonster 1
ahhh, so i cant bodge it up then, 4l of g12+ it is then cheers.
dubloke 4
dont use the cheap jubilee clips dude, they will slice thru your hoses when u try to tighten them up tight! samco do their own which i used for about 20 tokens i believe. only about twice what cheapies will cost ya! worth it!
