p1vsg 0 Posted June 30, 2005 Report Share Posted June 30, 2005 Hi wats hapnin people. i'm relativly new to this forum but from what i have read, u guys know what ur talking about. was wondering if i could pick at ur brains a little.i own a highline with 59k on the clock and when i want to put it into 1st gear from standstill occasionally it will take a couple of attempts. also when reversing a noticable knocking noise is made, could this be a chipped tooth?any advice appreciatedthanx Link to post Share on other sites

I had the gearbox oil changed and it seems to have sorted it out, but this may have been a coincidence. I found that a combination of cold weather (and therfore cold oil inthe box) made it worse.
