the ones at the top are genuine audi rims (tt ltd edition ones i think?) hte second ones look like the replica type that a few companys sell, the genuine ones will fit straight on as they are the same bolt pattern (5x100 pcd) the space between the bolt holes! they look twice as good too!

BTW, I believe the second rims pictures are Audi A4 rims - 5x112 fit though, so won't go straight on.

most obvious difference is the centre cap ,the comps have exposed wheel nuts

iv seen plenty of both on audis im fairly sure theyr just diffrent standard wheels

The TT competitions will fit fine and a number of people (Binliner on here for example) have run low without any rubbing issues. The only requirement is that you use 205/40/17 tyres, nothing bigger!
