I've got a ram-air ind kit on mine, it's been on about 6 months now & i'm happy with it but when the engine geys warm (about 5mins after setting off lol) you can tell it's dragging alot of hot air from the engine bay through it. Might try one of them BMC carbon ones but thiey're a bit expensive. I suppose it's all down to personal choice & what sort of engine spec you're going for.

Go for the BMC CDA one hun, i got one and prob up about 6-10 bhp,

It sounds good with-out the cold air feed but you really feel the difference when its connected up to the cold air.

I have mine connected up to a vent on the front so the faster i go the more air gets pushed in by my speed.

Its a bit of a hassle to get the pipework sorted out but some people on here seem to have done good. I just haven't had the time to do it yet.

I have a Ram Air on mine, as do a few other peeps on here, Great sound and good value for money! Have tried it with shielding and piping and found bugger all difference made, apart from making it all quieter! Hence why I now have the brand new Stroeve on for sale on the classifieds!
