acf8181 0
well, they ain't nice, but when you do loads to a nova (as my mate has) they can be a lot of fun. his spec is..1.6 8v, fully lightened and balanced, flowed head, high lift cam, throttle bodies, custom ecu, race mounts, bilstein susp, poly bushes, big brakes, and i know theres loads i have missed. it should have about 150-160bhp!!! and he ain't a typical nova driver (ie he can really drive!) patrick green 0
Actually for what they are, Nova's aren't too bad - they handle well & are nippy but I'd bet your mates car gets tiring to drive after a while - stilll fun in small doses!
acf8181 0
well, he keeps talkin about how nice he thinks vr6's are at the mo!
patrick green 0
Thats the beauty of a VR6 - they can be driven hard when you fancy it or nice & relaxed when you want to cruise! 8o)
antera309 3
I used to have a Mk2 Astra GTE 16V. God that thing was fast! Was pretty good around corners too once I'd uprated all the suspension. The only reason the Nova took off the way it did was because insurance got so expensive on the Astra GTE/GSi.
