silverline 0 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Share Posted October 17, 2005 is there a valve that stops the fuel from draining back to the tank? if there is and its knackered then every time its started its having to pump fuel up to the engine rather than it already being in the system. silverline 0 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Share Posted October 17, 2005 i aint that clever, i should think it would be a non-return valve some where in the fuel line. on/in the fuel distribution bar? i think the other guys would be of more help on that.have you checked for a fuel leak anywhere? fuel could be evaporating. seems like a fuel related problem to me. tried checking or replacing the fuel filter?
