antera309 3
Yep, they're the Inpro Angel eyes (Projector type). I Chose them because they have built in indicators, allowing me to smooth the front bumper. My car never had foglights anyway, so I'm not losing anything! From what I saw at E38, lots of other people have taken the same approach.Filling the foglight/indicator recess involves plastic welding a piece of rear bumper into both holes - this provides the structure. Then it was one layer of P40 fibreglass filler over the top, sanded down, then followed by LOTS of layers of bumper fill, sanding between each layer. Very time-consuming.The bumper sticks out a little bit more above the swage line than it does underneath, so I found that the only way to get it perfectly flush was to build out the entire forward-facing section of the bumper with filler (the pic illustrates this). Effectively, my car is now 2mm longer than it was before !lol
