Nerih 0 Posted October 11, 2005 Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 they make a difference at the low end, i was in a friends schricked vr6 a few days ago and it feels faster than my charged car until about 3000rpm, its good in town becuase you have more low end torque, it really does sort the vr6's torque curve out. Nerih 0 Posted October 15, 2005 Report Share Posted October 15, 2005 yeah i feel a bit short handed with all the power of my vr6 above 2500 rpm, it would be nice for fuel consumption to have a bit more low end grunt, but im not sure how the flapper would do with 14 psi when i upgrade it, maybe anorak can tell me, since he runs high boost with Water injection....how does your flapper look? is it pitted becuase of the water injection?
