1lowVento 0 Posted December 1, 2005 Report Share Posted December 1, 2005 97 and up came with 11.3 inch rotors. I belive the size is more than adequate. Brake fade is due to crappy pads. I run HAWK HP PLUS with super blue ATE brake fluid and am able to engage the ABS at 120 MPH on lapping days! Link to post Share on other sites

RIX 0 Posted December 1, 2005 Report Share Posted December 1, 2005 in germany and denmark, the bigger brakes came 9/1993 model 1994 a least on the vr6,the gti they came abit later 1996 ore something like that, i run std. pads and they are better then some performence pads,for my 312 projekt i have bought ferodo ds 2000 pads but will buy vw disc Link to post Share on other sites
