Have a go at it....its 3 bolts on fronts and 2 on rears..........it really is as simple as undo and remove. But change top mounts and bearings at same time. I took a full day doing it as I took my time. But most of it was setting ride height

setting ride height - down a bit , a bit more , a bit more . . . . .

i dont think you should pay over 200 quid at the very most. surely not. just because they are coilovers shouldnt add to the price. surely whether its just springs and shocks or coilovers, the jobs are very similar. so try somwhere else if i were you. But i may be wrong.

I wound em right down like a fool at first......it sat on the floor, should of took a pic. Then out came tape measure

I agree......it really isn't that hard to do......it is as simple as 3 bolts on each front and two bolts on each rear.

You don't even need spring clamps as you take the entire assy out in one lump.

And yes, I also set them to as low as they go and ended up trapping the jack under the car :P
