the matrix 0
Flexin,Sounds like its your oil breather pipe. Mine went on mine last year when i was replacing the air filter with my induction kit. Common problem apparently, its a weak area and perishes easily. Not cheap to replace either! Eat this 2
iv fixed mine with a frostys box worked perfectly lol
mightyvr6 0
I'd just replace it with a rubber hose. Second option is to get the part from Ford where I believe it's cheaper.

antera309 3
Yes, it's a very common problem. Do a search for "Crankase Breather" on this forum and you'll see various solutions.Getting the complete breather pipe from Ford (for a Galaxy VR6 up to 1998) seems to be the preferred option. Nerih 0
oil breather filter will do nothing for performance, it's just to make sure you dont get a pressurized crank case, usually at high rpms the oil vapour will come out and be fed back into the inlet pipe work, which means ur getting oily air in ur engine, a breather is a good idea actualy, on the rollers a bit of oil smoke comes out of the breather, vince at stealth told me this is normal.
