delete-me 1
Im not sure if you guys have been discusing this before. But what do you think off Kinetic`s turbo kit? 8) I mean, for 2650,- usd, this should be a very good deal! And Ive been reading ALL the treads at Vortex about it. %-6 The only thing that is not good, is the software.C2Motorsport makes it, and some Kinetic customers has had some problems with the ECU/Chip..Well, we here in Europe have a diffrent ECU than the US cars "I think?" , so Im abit worried about getting a crappy chip....My engie is completly stock, so Im thinking off buying the Stage 1 kit, and a clutch stage 1 kit. Then I will get the Peloquin, and Kinetic stage 2..Ive had VR6 for 5 years now. And its about time to get some forced induction 8) I cant find any used supercharger kits, so I think Kinetic is gonna be my choice.Anyone have anything to say about it?http://www.kineticmotorsport.com/catalog/turbo-kits-mkiii-golfjetta-turbo-kits-c-132_99_183.htmlCheers.. delete-me 1
Ok.. I did not know that you guys needed RHD kits...... Ive just been talking to Kinetic, and they seemed to be great people to talk with. The guy I talked with, had the kit on his 96 Golf VR6.He had 8psi, and intercooler. The car had been getting ALOT off beating both on the track and quatermile driving by journalists and customers. And they usally dont give a flying f... , do they? heheThe parts that had been broken was:Clutch, both driveshafts and rebuilding off the gearbox !shy Stage 1 is 6psi, and he said that a stock VR6 should hold pretty good with that. BUT, what they prefer was a clutch kit and a Quaife/Palequin diff.AND NEW ENGINE MOUNTS!Im gonna get the stage 1 with diff/clutch
