MrBen 0
The numbers are:8 inch wide rim17 inch diameter rim5 studs100mm is the diameter of a circle through the centre of the 5 studset35 is the offset, which is the distance of the mounting surface (onto the hub) from the centre of the rim. These will fit on fine, though you may have some issues with the arches catching if you run it low. Rolling the arches may fix the problem.Use 205/40/17 tyres.Highsports will be fine, though Konigsports are better if you can afford them!
purple highline monster 0
as above but 100 mm refers to the distance between the bolt holes not the diameter of the hole , if you really want the schmidts have a look here www.tunershop.co.uk they are a bit cheaper than uk and 100% reliable when it comes to actually getting hold of them and free delivery from germany too! Eat this 2
as above but 100 mm refers to the distance between the bolt holes not the diameter of the hole ' date=' if you really want the schmidts have a look here www.tunershop.co.uk they are a bit cheaper than uk and 100% reliable when it comes to actually getting hold of them and free delivery from germany too![/quote']he meant if you put a circle through all the studs
purple highline monster 0
mmm why not just say "distance between the bolt holes" ie Audi is 112mm etc etc wheel jargon is hard enough to understand!! even for a doughnut
MrBen 0
Because the distance between two of the bolt holes isn't 100mm. Whereas, if you put a circle through the centre of each you get the measurement of 100mm. Hence it being called the PCD (Pitch CIRCLE Diameter)....
purple highline monster 0
oh and i thought that circle gave the distance to the bolt holes, hence why bmw wheels etc dont fit, silly me
