mk3anni 0
Schrick 268's, work best with a VSR and a remap
delete-me 1
The Schrick 268 does work, but only at high RPMS.The Cat 263 cams should work very good the hole rpm register. Ive had Kent 264 cams, and they worked ok.If you really wanna have fun, buy the Kinetic Turbo set up. Or a used Supercharger kit.http://www.kineticmotorsport.com/catalog/turbo-kits-mkiii-golfjetta-turbo-kitsb-c-99_183.htmlhttp://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1542783

VR6Pete 1,455
I've got the 268's and VSR in mine. it drives f**king brilliant!
FishWick 21
For what it's worth I've tried 268s with and without a VSR and big throttle and the loss of bottom end past 2000rpm is negligable.Interestingly the VSR/VGI itself loses you 10lb/ft at 1500rpm over the standard manifold, so it really needs multiple switching points imo. If you prefer midrange torque, go for DSR 256 or Schrick 248 (non forced induction spec). The standard cams are about 230ish IIRC.
