VRVIRGIN 0
Hi matrix, yeah i get that too, just the one knock mind. VW spanner said it was bearing but not to worry about it. Doesn't do it all the time either, more when parking up and stuff.

matrix 0
how should i inspect the front wheel bearing i have tried to check it but after jacking one side then the ohter both wheels seem to spin freely i tried to rock both wheels top to bottom only to find no movement i know i can definatly hear droning whirring noise more evident between 20-30 and im sure i can feel it when braking and cruising through the floor pan i spoke to tony at automotive solutions a few times he took it up the road and confirmed that it was a bearing on its way out i just need to know what side tony also mentioned that if its done any damage to the hub i might need to replace that aswell could the worn bearing be the cause of the car pulling left all the time.
