dubloke 4 Posted March 11, 2006 Report Share Posted March 11, 2006 why are you detailing your engine with water? lol. seriuosly tho, you'd be best to clean any dirt and grime away by hand with cloths and detail swabs as just jetwashing the whole engine will just swill it around and not really have the desired effect you're looking for i believe! time consuming and laborious i know, but the end result will speak volumes when you pop the hood! I just wrapped the coilpack in cling film and put some towels over the main polished stuff and blasted the f*ck out of everything else!
