kilokilla 0 Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 hi mate are you actually based in canada if so over here in england we call your model of jetta i.e 1992 -1997 it is called a vento over here if this is your model the ambient temp sensor is placed in the front bumper grille on the left hand side of car as you face the front end and its just a matter of pulling it out as it just clips in so just to recap if your car is left hand drive as i think it will be it will be on the front passenger side if its right hand drive it will be on front drivers side.
