SankysVR6 1
What a difference that Ramair cone filter made!!! Had much fun driving home listening to that instead of music!!!! Fantastic day and good to meet people. Really nice cars too! Thanks for the Ramair Claire! So did it all go on well in the end, nice bit of kit that. I forgot to mention that you might want to reset the ECU once you fitted the Ram air.

SankysVR6 1
I don't think you have to reset it, but i think it makes sense if you do. It's so that the ECU can go back to the default settings, and start to learn the increase in air flow and adapat more quickley.
vdubgirl 3
My ECU was removed from my car the other day and put back in so do you think it would have sorted itself out that way - Sorry not very clued up when it come to techy things
SankysVR6 1
More then likley.I just disconncet the battery and leave for 10mins.Re-Connect the battery and turn the ingnition on but don't start the car and leave for 5mins. dubberVR6 0
I didn't even think about the ECU, although I guess if you change any engine components its worth while. Don't thinkit will make any difference, but I'll do it anyway.
Buzzark 0
Just like to say how good it was to meet you all and put faces to names. Can't quite remember which go together a week later though. Enjoyed the show apart from the deperate cleaning to get it half way repectable for the stand... I had to admit defeat with the wheels though! Now I have a driveway (and I've finally found the box my detailing kit was packed in) I'll be a bit more prepared next time. 8-|
