57ORM 0
Replaced my coolant housing last week and changed to the lower temp thermostat and found the car was running alot cooler and solved my coolant leak. (£75 for the lot incl new seals & bolts)I was on my way back from Skipton and was being challenged by a 911 didn't even think about racing him at first, then I thought his motor is going to be a 3.2 flat six and was 1981/82 so would be showing signs of old age, So into 3rd and blew him away and was supprised how quickly my car got to 140. Only problem was when I returned home and noticed the Water pump has started to leak & a split CV boot gearbox side I've seen some threads on replacing the water pump and it seems a bit beyond my mechanical capabilities, does anyone know how to replace the CV boot? VR's fix one problem find another.
