Luckily as in most cases if cuaght early enough it is only surface rust and can be ground off and sorted nice and easy.Leave it to long though and it eats through and you have to start filling holes which is bad.Rust is inevitable on cars anyway, you cannot really stop it unless you have aluminium panels or something.....Just keep catching it early and you should be ok :-)Mark.
