sprx3 0 Posted May 31, 2006 Report Share Posted May 31, 2006 I have a mazda rx7 with a 12a turbo rotary engine in it, its had a LOT of work done to it & makes 250kw at the treads. its also done an 11.5 at 118mph down the 1/4 (with a bad gear box) im hoping to get it into the high 10's shortley with a few other mods.here are a few picstis is the engine bay at the moment, a few more mods & polishingi hope the pics arnt to big Link to post Share on other sites

Potent though :-)The quickest accelerating car I've owned was a MK2 16V Turbo, but my current S/C Corrado VR is faster overall. Golf had 225bhp/tonne and the Corrado has 233bhp/tonne. I used the Golf's standard 16V ratios which meant blistering acceleration and midrange, but only a 139.9 maximum, which was timed at Bruntingthorpe. Link to post Share on other sites
