  3. Lots of places also label them as heat exchangers, as that's what they do, exchange heat from coolant to oil and vice versa

  6. Yeah oil cooler that chap Seals go hard after a while, if your replacing the seals, be carful if the plastic crack pipe that runs above it, it has a hose that connects to that cooler and the plastic usually snaps off it. Club Chairman

Hi there , I've had a problem with my 4 mo central locking for over a year , I had to lock/unlock the car with the key and put the key in the ignition to stop the alarm going off , vw garage had it for 4 hours and couldn't solve it in the end they said I needed a new coms unit at about £700 fitted , I couldn't afford or justify that money on remote central locking , I found a post on another forum which read some car stereo adapters send a feed back to the ignition barrel making the car think a key is in so remote central locking wont work ! I removed my stereo and adapter block and the remot

Lol there not ahah there joms got some more pics from today's work Test fitted my intercooler with so precision holding tools lol Then I removed the front slam panel rad etc and began to fit it using a lot of these ahahha I then fitted it with some makeshift radiator fixings Once I got all that back on I fitted some of the boost pipes After all of that I decided to get the bumper cut out and at first it was looking good But and a very big but I realised I had to butcher the bumper to peaces (don't judge me ahaha) but I have a plan I've ordered a new splitter and I gonna refit that wit

  12. Thanks Yakuza. Today I got round to fitting the black a/b/c pillars i've had in the garage for a couple of months. Took about 2 1/2 hours with lunch, and i've got sore hands now, but very pleased with the result. Ready to go in: And all done: I've been toying with having a black headliner, sunvisors and grab handles, bit think i'll leave these alone for the time been. Got another little project i'm working on for the interior too. Also fixed a coolant leak i'd had since I did the timing chains. It was only after a long motorway trip I noticed how much the coolant level had drop
