  6. Night in on my own at the minute, just treated myself to a curry. Rather spend my money on my vr than go out and spend a stupid amount on drinks I could get cheaper from the shop, pay someone a rediculous amount to drive me home and spend tomorrow feeling like crap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Well we have not found where the leak is but I'm sure I saw a drip near the expansion bottle this morning but it didn't drip once warm and the water stayed on level. The only way I got the water to drop in the bottle was by driving it hard and the water certainly dropped a bit on the level once I got back but again there was no sign of dripping! I am going to replace the expansion bottle and bottom pipe to this as it seems rather flimsy. I will see and hope that cure's it? It's confused me and my mechanic! (but both parts are quite cheap as I'm a febi dealer so wont break the bank if that do

  8. Not looking bad for the age, no nagging traits or unwanted noises, quite forgiving also as long as she can go fishing on a Wednesday i can go racing. With hind sight I would probably struggle to find another like her so I think I will withdraw the offer........... for now anyway lol

  10. just to add the same really. There are links for hyper mile ing as it is called and I dont agree with some of the things like higher tyre pressures.. but hey... items to look at.. Streamling. Accelerate to speed quickly and remain at constant speed like your life depends on it Dont brake - think of it as wasted energy turn off electrical items not needed remove all excess weight Higher RON fuel is a discussion point service the car... fully A sports exhaust can help along with air filters but get made to measure rather than off the shelf to ensure you dont get motorway boom. you can get

    Meets in Manchester

We did a HOW FAST meet last year at Bedford Autodrome, everybody arrived for 10 AM, we then had one hour to learn a fairly short circuit, with transponders fitted we all got to three hot laps to set our times and at the end the winner was announced. Once the high octane fun was over it was off to the local pub for lunch and to explain why you got beat! Cost was a bit of fuel and £89 for the event that was well organised. Here is the result from our day. I was 5th over all but the TT and 370Z were not in our group. http://www.howfast.co.uk/leaderboard/1st-june-2013/session-2

The second one I will definitely get a refund and I reckon as it's the wrong part they should refund me the first one aswell!

They are obliged to refund you as the part was wrong if it wasn't wrong it would not have got damaged that is your consumer right. THEY KNOW THAT SO KICK UP SHIT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK

That doesn't necessarily mean anythings mixing, You could just need to take it for a really long drive to boil off any condensation in the engine.
