This weekend I'll mostly be putting a new coolant hose from the bulk head to the back of cylinder head and changing the oil cooler and obviously dropping the oil and water out and putting fresh in my Golf. Then on Sunday eventually put a new clutch in my little winter bargain and probably swear alot at when I come across seized nuts and bolt on the French shita lol Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk1 point

Brake pipes - rear to front (or front to rear)
Surreyvr6 reacted to psilosimon for a topic
Initially I went to Toolstation thinking that the £13.75 Flaring tool kit was a bargain. I was very wrong. Almost impossible to do anything with it and then it fell apart after three attempts - so I took it straight back and got a refund. I bought from Amazon a Draper Expert Hand Held Brake Pipe Flaring Tool which is specifically designed for 3/16" pipe. Brilliant! Well worth Forty summat quid. Perfect flare every time and you can use it in situ. Also bought a Laser Brake Pipe Bender and an Am-Teck pipe cutter. spent about £70 altogether. The Tools made the job well easy, wish I'd though1 point -
Stealth Racing Turbo Kit discussion
cactusjackslade reacted to VR6Pete for a topic
I've not long spoken to Vince and mentioned that a few people have been asking about the kit in this thread. As there's quite a lot of information then he says to give them a call to discuss as opposed to emailing. I know they are finishing one of these installations at the moment and have recently done one before Christmas which looked superb and factory looking. Definitely worth a call to Vince at the workshop on 01926 812259 to discuss if you have already emailed or looking for more information. Cheers. Pete Club Chairman1 point -

VR6Pete reacted to polovr6man for a topic
Just bought this front fibreglass bumper, its a 6n top half with the facelift 6n2 lower half grafted to it. Will get it fitted and painted when its home. Should save a couple of kg's and looks a bit smarter. And a few old shots i found on my camera1 point -
