Started stripping down the engine and gearbox yesterday. Everything looks to be in great shape, which makes it even more of a shame to split the engine down to fit new pistons and rods but hey ho! Waiting for a proper engine stand to be delivered so I don't have to work on a trolley anymore (sketchy AF) lol
Overdue a little update here I think mostly because of other projects (nothing exciting pond building mostly!). Been picking up a few bits from good old eBay for the interior including chrome handles and seat belt guides,before;after; Seat belt guides; Then had a result the other day by getting a mk3.5 steering wheel complete with airbag and slip ring for £35 delivered; Was a bit worn so gave it a polishwith some leather repair paint; Then got it fitted; Managed to switch the ignition on with the airbag unplugged so popped it down to work to turn the light off and remembered it had a slight k
V8 ones arnt as good as the e46 it's a bit more tamed, as for interiors don't agree there luckey there functional and easy to use not like a space ship! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
