It's been a while since this was updated. Been working on loads of carbon parts for it. They are obviously not finished yet but you get the idea. Sold the schimmel and the rocker cover. Just didn't work with what I wanted to do. This is what's replacing it. Not actually a fan of it at the minute as the plenum so far too small and the pipe works going to be a nightmare.... But it works with my plans so we will see. That's all for now. Thanks.2 points -
so the noise is well and truly under my skin after having a Corrado VR6 last year, i sold my fabia and sorted out some funds, and found this car amongst the many websites I was looking through. It has an excellent spec, Mulberry highline, Stainless exhaust, everything works, it's a very late S-reg, and most importantly, the bodywork is excellent for it's age (especially a mk3), only some light rust on the inside of the arches. engine is also practically new, with all this work at 100k, and i've just taken it through 108k - Timing chain, tensioner & guides changed - Water pump - Thermo1 point

hi Guys thought i best do an update on this thread as its been so long. So basically i came home 5 weeks ago to have an operation on my shoulder. it has put me out of action for a few weeks but i have still managed to get a lot of work done on the car thanks to some good friends. the last time i posted on here i had spun a big end bearing on my freshly built engine I had since been out and spent a small fortune on new parts to build a pretty much brand spanking new engine. I was about half way through the engine build when i last left you. Well i have finally finished building the engine1 point
