So here is Novembers feature car. This is a personal favourite of mine and a true inspiration. The attention to detail on this car is unreal. It's latest makeover is somewhat controversial with the diehard fans but here at the VR6OC, we love it for its brashness and how much Dougie dared to be different. Hi everyone, Just a quick post to introduce myself and say hi. I joined this forum because as soon as Xmas is out the way I'm going to be on the lookout for a vr6 as my new project car as I've always been a sucker for that v6 sound. I first started out with a 2004 seat leon Cupra, which I got in 2006 and I spent a lot of time and money on it to get it to stage 3 running 340 bhp. I then sold to my brother in law and I then brought a 2005 subaru impreza sti type uk wide track. I then sold that and got my self a 97 classic import impreza WRX as a project car and an Audi TT 1.8t as a daily drive

Love the TH Monos, always have, but the Winter Cults are a hard wheel to beat in my eyes! I'd like to see the Monos in either a dark copper or metallic grey personally

Might not be to everyone's taste but it is a very nice car. The workmanship gone into this is just amazing. It's cars and people like this that inspire me to work on mine.

Amazing car! The build on this is amazing, so many neat little mods, that make all the difference. One of the best mk3 around at the moment! True top spec stuff everywhere. Take my hat off to you sir!

Yea that's true il probably just leave it as it is. Trust me I've done the same not told the misses the full story! It doesn't really have to cost that much to be honest, I've just decided to go all out on it. You could do the turbo and not worry about a LSD, cams, short air intake, arp head bolts, oil cooler and colour coding everything that will save you quite a bit. I want 400+ bhp so decided to do everything.

I've finally found one of these!!! It only took 6 months odd! Thanks to Calico for the pointer bought an odd complete light with a smashed lens for £33 inc postage,was a bit beaten up and has a small crack,but polished up well. Also got the brand new offside one a while back so fitted that. So popped the grill off and got the black copy covers off (which I might colour code) and popped the oe hella ones on,much better! Like new! Also won this on the bay at a bargain price recently so jacked the engine up and got it on,can feel the improvement with just the one so will be looking out for the
