I don't see stretch as that much of a problem my self. People go on about cornering and stuff with them, and the bead popping. I know people who have had this happen on normal tyres as well. So it just down to how the tyre is fitted. I admit stretch is harder to fit, so needs more attention to get it right. Plus look at jap drift cars, some of them run mental stretch, and they put huge amount of stress on the tyres when cornering. I run 185 35 17 on my summers atm, they are tiny. And I have 195 40 17 on my winter wheels. Summers will be going back on to 195 40 17 soon, and the 185 already5 points

Happy new year all, it's quite amusing seeing the posts, I'm working today so last night was a normal one. I watched some tele, had a brew (I was on call) and finished up the night watching the countries biggest ever waste of taxpayers money on 8 ridiculous over extravagant minutes of over the top fireworks! No wonder we lose so much money from our wages to tax.1 point

Well it's not a simple system really, and let's bare in mind my knowledge is of heavy systems that are highly electronically controlled but it is doable on a smaller scale. You need for struts, a tank capable of holding enough pressure, compressor, a form of air dryer to eradicate moisture, 8mm plastic piping, one way check valve before the tank, a pressure regulating valve after the tank, guages, a form of levelling valve or controller and a few other bits depending how complex you want it to be [emoji16] I deal with it daily, hence why I've got coilovers. I simply can't be arsed!1 point

Plasti-dip apparently only last a couple of years mind. I'd personally pay an extra few quid and get a nice paint job done on it1 point

Very nice mate. What are the alloy brackets for? You will love the stealth turbo conversion, looks very OEM and everyone has said how good and reliable they are! Maybe one day I will get one myself. Love my Corrado though! Especially after the new engine stealth built me (nearly run in now!) Pete1 point
