Quite a few will have boost but on diesels, I have a low boost VR6 4 motion, should be fun Remember it is a bit of fun not a competition1 point -
No it's just the plug that are different on the fans I think not 100% sure on that though. So if you chopped the plug off for the fans when buying them. you should be able to re-wire that plug to work with OBD2. Cars looking sweet with new wheels and some lows1 point

98 Golf estate >> VR6 build
Mk3highline reacted to pappers for a topic
Front 3/4 standing shot...its raining. Coilovers and wheels fitted, still need to get tracking done and a spacer on the rear. Had dents removed, mopped and detailed, now needs a wash. And an engine change.1 point -
Stealth Racing Turbo Kit discussion
cactusjackslade reacted to FishWick for a topic
Yeah standard Edition 30s are mapped very flat. Remapped, completely different animal and VERY fast. Yeah Stealth's demo car made 360hp from 9psi iirc. My own build made 392hp from 11psi (GT35R). Why is that so hard to believe? You take a standard VR6 engine that makes 200hp from one atmosphere. Force another atmosphere in and you get another 200hp. Seems fairly logical to me and the dyno plots seem to back that up, but some engines make more from less, especially if you factor in cams and more aggressive tuning.1 point -
Map sensor probably. As said already, it's best to choose an ECU that your tuner has knowledge of, or learn how to map it yourself like I did Lugtronic gets massive praise in America but I doubt it's anything better than what's already available. The Stock ECU is fine with boost anyway, so be sure it's a path you want to go down first.1 point

Yeah I had a lohr ehr but I must admit mine was fine. There on 4 separate screws. Transporter engineering are ok but I've had the chains snap on the back of the top deck and crushed a car lol1 point

I've done it three times now, its not too hard to fit the actual timing gear, its getting to them that's a pain in the arse. Am just down the road in Dunmow so not too far away. Will be the crank seal you want as well, fitted to the bottom timing chain cover.1 point

Outside air temp sensor is located at the lower left plastic in the front bumper, if you didn't know, I should think that will have zero to do with your water loss though. The sensor is most likely faulty. Have you felt the front carpets for damp? Sounds like it might be heater matrix?! [emoji33]1 point

I think red and blue are now obsolete, And they only sell black at main dealers and TPS. But I'm not 100% sure.1 point
