    Thanks will run it at 1 bar should be just over 400 or there abouts ..plenty! I'm thinking about breaking my daily 8v corrado when I get back off holiday to fund finishing this off how I want it..

    The only down side well if you see it as down side, or extras coat on 24v is the plastic inlet manifold, they don't like turbo heat! And can in the worst case melt lol. More often they just distort. So metal short running intake, or some type of metal intake is needed in my opinion. But lots of people see this as an upgrade anyway so it not really a down side , just extras cost for initial set up But yeah they do make more power, mainly down to variable valve timing.

    It's been a while since I done mine but if remember correctly it goes nut and washer on over the first rubber to hold it together. Then the big curved washer sits in a cup inside the car then the other rubber with smaller curved washer sits in top with a nut. Was over a year ago I could be wrong tho but that sounds about right to me.

    Smells like Airfix again! Painted starter, carriers and engine mounts yesterday. Starter and mounts are rattle canned. Built up new 12v thermostat assembly. De-loomed engine, deleted ac pump and fitted new belt, removed intake for looky looky.

    Quick update will be putting this lot on at the weekend New oem front discs pads and backing plates Ready to fit my new wheels.....brand new out the box bbs rx 17" 7.5j et35
