So my excitement was short lived as the VF charger developed a leak from the pulley, which once the oil got up to temperature got worse[emoji24]. I'm not the most patient person in the world and really wanted the car back on the road. [emoji35]So after a chat with Dips as I knew he had a freshly rebuilt VF9 which unfortunately for me he had just sold , not all bad news though as he had a nearly new Rotrex set up [emoji3]! So determined to get the car on the road (and out of the workshop) asap I bit the bullet and bought it[emoji6]( the new bathroom will have to wait)[emoji38][emoji106]

Aahh see mines just had a full respray back in jan so she's not that prone to the elements now Ahh that's a bit of a trek , yeah I wouldn't mind being on the stand but I don't feel she's ready to be on display yet , at least not with the the sagging liner He has a vr as well so trying to get him to go on the stand too (we have 3 between us) we using his old daily as a donor for mine and his new one he's planning to rebuild the engine from the bottom up with forged bits then drop it in the green one

After a rather depressive emergency repair weekend I decided to get myself (her) some treats in the hopes she'll be nice to me after this and not give me any nasty surprises again .... I fitted my private plate and Got us some nice keskins kt4 7.5j front 9j rear and some red anniversary ? Seat belts :)

Yeah Pete now I know having looked into more Funds are a little low ATM since buying the girlfriend a corsa so just waiting for now Plans are rebuild with 263 cams/arp bolts, stainless exhaust, remap Underneath rebuild and paint, bigger brakes etc Whilst collecting turbo bits then il take it back off the road (if it's on the road [emoji13][emoji13]) And turbo it. Il probably aim for 350bhp similar to the setup stealth sell
