I put a set of TA Technics on mine, they cost me about £150 for the set and I thought it was a bad idea, however since I wasn't sure on the car at the time, I thought better of chucking tons of cash at it just in case, I only just bought it and was not sure if we would get along (I now love the car despite it needing loads of work) I ordered poly bushes for fronts and rear as the old rubbers were totally wrecked, the car has been abandoned really. 353mm across manifold by 90mm depth at the mounting 63mm at downpipe 44mm branch pipes 50mm intermediate pipes Approx 710mm total length from manifold to downpipe flange. Hope that helps. [emoji106]

Engine is coming out end next week for headgasket and cylinder head rebuild, will also be stripping the dashboard out to retrim the heater control flaps. Wishbone bushes are being replaced for the solid Audi TT versions. Few little bits i have got so far, BMC CDA is my other golf!

Finished sanding back the bed liner and sprayed all the engine bay in two coats of high build primer, a little more sanding and one more coat it should be ready for colour

Gave her a proper clean today the gold wheels are growing on me[emoji41]!

Ah yes! Haven't posted in here in a long time. A lot of updates. Biggest one being the car is dead. Last winter while on a massive road trip I took a threaded rod through the engine block. Audi quoted 16k for a replacement engine. Thankfully insurance covered it under road debris. SO the car was written off Here is a bit of its last journey. The drive to Vancouver. It was a lot of fun and the car is amazing in the mountains. Good send off for a car to die I guess?
