I recon so as I have been looking for a VR6 over the last six months+ , anything from £600 (for a hammered one) to £8000 (the red one with 7k on the clocks) , with more getting broke up or rotting they are slowly becoming a classic. You can still get a GTI for around the £300 mark , MOT faliure or short ticket , saw a minter a few months ago unmolested for £700 with 70k. Still kicking myself I didn't buy it and stash it away. I think the mk3 has loads of character & with the different models , GTI 8v , 16v , colour concept , anniversary , VR6 , highline , fans have lots of options.

No not yet mate. I haven't tried plastidip but tried similar stuff and it gave a shit finish. I'm gonna try plastidip at some point tho as the finish is meant to be way better than the stuff I used

Tickets are priced at £7.50 mate. It's a single day event and you pay on the gate when you get there. We have a club stand there pal with available places. It's a matter of bringing your car along and showing it on our stand with other members. It isn't about the quality of your vehicle but more about representing our club and getting to know each other. Let me know if your interested mate. [emoji106]

Wheels: Protected with Gtechniqe C5 so a quick go over with soap & water is all I need, maybe a bit of Bilberry wheel cleaner. Tyres I dress with Megs Endurance. Car: 1. No worries mate. You would have to confirm soonish pal if your bringing your VR as I would have to send you a pass out. If your not bringing the Motor you won't need a pass. That's not good news about your motor. I hope there putting a brand new VW bonnet on it pal. Was trying to get that Bealieboy down but you know what he's like. She never lets him out these days. Haha.
