My Bentley manual says 5.8 quarts for VR6. i have two VR6 cars and they both take 5.8 quarts right on the money.2 points -

Dipstick tube length with plastic tube is 18 inches dipstick, the plastic top is 2 3/4 inches. [emoji106]1 point

gruvenparts.com in the USA makes billet engine bits for VR6. pretty sure they have a billet dipstick.1 point -

Easy enough if i knew my dipstick tube i bought was the correct length i bought a plastic top tube but im sure its longer than the original1 point

thermostat is a new genuine part, its got full circulation as all the pipes are hot and i've tried bleeding the cooling system a few times but there are still small bubbles of air when you feel the upper matrix hose! trying a spare expansion cap today as i have a feeling that its not keeping system under pressure1 point

I was going to get a dub force chip.... But after speaking to stealth racing, It's cheaper for me to send them my ECU, And they will put a custom map on it for cheaper. And personally I think the stealth map will be better.1 point
