Bought 3 meter length's of 3 inch stainless exhaust pipe from eBay. Also orderd two 90 bends, one a tight, and six 45 bends. I found that was maybe a bit excessive. Also bought 3" v-clamps and flanges, a joiner and clamp, and a 4" long flexible. I then started mocking and tacking up the downpipe.

Hard to believe its been four month's since my last update! Not a lot done to be honest, considering the length of time. Been busy with the house and garden as it's the right time of year for all that jazz. Really need to pull my finger out if I want this project finished or at least on the road by the end of the year. Ok a little update. Changed my broken chain guide and put side cover and can cover with new gasket back on. Fitted new big end shells. There was nothing wrong with the original ones. Machined a couple oil return and External wastegate flanges.

Hi all, newbie here, recently bought a 1997 vr6 converted to 20vt.. Currently on process of making her look better and go quicker. If anyone has any flat black body panels they are selling can you please inform me? I'm in need of a drivers wing, Bonnet and front bumper, is the arch less model... Thanks in advance Dave

Friday thank fuck!

Fabricated together the backbox using a 5" silencer and some of the 3" straight pipe. Mocked up and tacked the rear section. Things really start to tighten up when using 3" stuff

So had the donor car delivered straight away and started stripping it! Then Michael turned up to return my Ross Tech cable he stole and he left with half the engine bits. As it turns out he bought a car without any bits on it for a small fortune I heard it was a rolling shell with no wheels (JOKE MIKE ITS COOL) However got to the bits I wanted as the car sounded great by the way! After that she pretty much sat on the drive or locked away for around 18 months. I don't think this did the car any favours at all to be honest. However she did fit in with the rest of our cars rather nicely! After cleaning the car a few times I noticed small amounts of rust etc arches wings and such so decided a respray was in order.
