Supercharged vr6 injector question
VR6Pete and one other reacted to Jake Mcaulay for a topic
Hi guys. After some advice on injectors. Going to be running a rotrex c30 94 on my vr6 soon and just getting all final bits together before bolting it up. My question is what injectors do people recommend?! The charger is currently running 8psi as standard, in the future I will look at running more. I'm aiming for around 300 - 330bhp so need injectors to suit. I've read about red top and green top but have read that the spray pattern on the EV1 is pretty dated now, this correct?! Are ev6 better with the ev1 adaptor?! What else are people running?! Does anyone have these for sale or know any s2 points -
I've got 630cc's in my 24v vr6 turbo, they work great2 points

Morning Dave, put me on the list for this then, it looks interesting. If it rains (probably as we're in Yorkshire) then at least we can go inside for a bit2 points

Looking at getting a kit I've seen for sale. It only needs the sump tapping for an oil feed and software. I have a couple of questions, Can you buy a chip that can just be installed? Do you still run a MAF? Cheers1 point

So, got part of the intake back Before (sorry crap photo): After: Looking swish! Also now I know how the belt should be installed for dual idler pulley: This is quite important as I still don't know what length belt I need [emoji23]1 point

Supercharged vr6 injector question
Dave_ciw reacted to Jake Mcaulay for a topic
Thanks Dave. I'm no expert on injectors, 630cc a little too big?! Can be mapped down but enough?! That's a good price, where from?! Yeah green are tried and tested but just heard there are far better now Thanks Jake1 point -
Just bought some siemans 630CC injectors to run on my turbo conversion. A big choice is the Bosch 440 Big Greens tried and tested for years! Got my 630s for £240 delivered from a UK company...1 point

Looks nice buddy, Any more photos and spec of engine?1 point

You'll almost defiantly need one guaranteed. Do you have the AMS style bracket? If so, you'll need 115mm alternator bolts and some spacers too... In all fairness, doesn't look too much to knock up something basic like below; Or dual idler pulley like I have. Happy to draw the outline and provide some dimensions to you.1 point
