I don't think the road series one are that bad under load but don't use the black series unless it's for track or flat ground. Bealieboy runs these and says they make a big difference and ain't too harsh. I've yet to fit mine which I've had for about 6 months. Haha. And it's a pity powerflex don't let you buy them at that price. There all £50 plus for a set.
