  1. Hey cook, I bought some gliptone stuff after reading your earlier post. It's the best leather stuff I've used. Thanks for the tip!

  2. hello, unfortunately the time has come to sell my 3.0 forged block. The block is fully rebuilt and is turned over every week religiously by myself. here is the spec. 3.0 overbored vr6 block shot peened rods Forged Mahle mopisan 82.5mm pistons with brand new rings from stealth motorspoort New - Calico black bearings top to bottom Fully balanced All pistons now weigh the same. They were 15+ grams out so have been sanded with 200 grit paper to get them all within .5 grams of each other. New rod top heat treated bushes pressed in and reemed out using 3000 grit. Block has been magnafluxed to chec

    Supercharged Mk3 Golf VR6

Then one day whilst browsing on Facebook this was up for sale Vortech V1. I had been thinking about it for a while, it was either that or air ride. Took the drive unto collect and bearings seemed fine so I handed over the cash and came home. started ordering parts and test fitted it in the bay. Few photos of it being fitted This is pretty much up to date. The (almost)in the title is due to a few running problems. have been speaking a lot to Pete who has been very very helpful and am trying to sort out why it wouldn't idle. I moved my MAF further away. Latest is that it will idle

  7. I have them fitted to my car, 323mm discs with the Brembo calliper. It's a straight fit as long as you have the wee metal packer, I'll post a photo..... Im not a mechanic nor mechanically minded all I know is I payed a good few quid from buying, restoring to fitting these brakes. Defo worth it though as look super and stop the car very well. Hope this helps you
