    Thought it was about time that i started my build thread for this as I've had it a while now. This car used to be KEEN VR until it was taken apart and then sold. We won't go into that story anyway This is what it used to look like This is the picture i was sent when buying This is when it arrived I'm not putting the ones up of how the bay was when i got it as it will make me cry lol But i decided to sell lots of bits off it to regain some money after i tripped the engine down, cleaned it all up and painted it Carbon fuel cap for it

  4. well not updated this for a bit! ended up media blasting the adapter after i chopped and re welded it to make it as small as possible and gave it a quick spray in hi temp paint to stop it going rusty like the exhaust mani has after me taking so long! so with that now fitted the turbo sits like this totally missing the servo and resevoir then in early oct the car moved to my house unfortunatly on a flatbed not under its own steam, this now means i can do bits on the car when i have a spare bit of time as simply wasnt worth driving upto the barn where it was to do an odd half hour so i h

    So basically this is the stage I'm at. I'm still running standard injector's, standard fuel pump, standard clutch and I have no charge cooling. These are all thing's that I will obviously be upgrading, but for now i will try and map the car with what I have. My targets for the new year (after Christmas presents have been bought) are to firstly buy a set of injectors, as these will have an impact on the tune of the car, everything else will probably be installed when i have the fund's. Obviously I'll need some sort of charge cooling system before the boost can be increased, but as i do that I'l

  9. Thats savage! yeah the thing is deadly to drive, getting it on the ramp tomorrow. I've got access to a MOT brake tester so will check the front at the same time. its not on the road at the moment so its not too dangerous

  14. I'd get it sorted as fast as you can or this could happen! And it hurts! This was the result of a badly adjusted load apportion valve! [emoji15] I think the info you've been given is fairly accurate, time to get it on an mot brake test rollers and then start the process of elimination!
