  1. Hi All, I am from Brisbane Australia, and recently acquired a 1995 2.0 Cabrio, which wants to be a VR6 when it gets big. There are so many great rides in this club which give inspiration, keep up the great work. I am currently sourcing an VR6 donor vehicle and then the fun will begin, I am hoping to draw on many peoples experiences to help build a another great VR6 project. Keeping the dream alive, Thanks Guys an Gals

  2. Yep as richierich said really, bottom's of the front wing's are the most obvious place to look, sills where they've been jacked up and arches, especially if it's early car with plastic arch trims. Grommets in the floor pans are really common for them to go, front suspension turrets go around the seams, I think that's covered the worst bits! Hopefully that hasn't scared you off! The good thing is though that mk3's are still very easy to get bits for, decent fitting pattern front wings can be bought for around £30 and replacement sills about £20 and there's still plenty of very cheap 2nd hand st

    Flywheel

Hi, At last my vr6 is back on the road. Albeit all stock. I'm starting to think ahead at upgrades already. When my clutch needs replacing is it worth replacing my flywheel with a spare that I could lightened. Also, what other upgrades are worth doing?
