Hi guys, I'm new to the club and have recently bought my first vr6 a 1998 mystic blue highline. It is very tatty on the exterior but the interior and mechanics are really good so I think its worth saving. I have replaced most of the parts that were missing from inside the car but now I am turning my attention to the outside. it is mostly complete but there Is a moulding that is missing on the drivers side skirt. But I might as well replace both sides. I believe the part number is 1HO853986 for the drivers side and 1HO953985 for the passenger side. Can anybody shed any light as to where to1 point

Thermostate housing, in Ali. So they won't crack or break on the inner lip. I know you can already get metal ones, but there about 300, and made in the states I think. So wonder how much they would be from China.1 point

We did not announce the lineup for many reasons, although we did have a club stand indoors at Ultimate Dubs. We have been let down so badly by people who initially put their name down and then thought having a show and shine space was better, very disappointing as the position it puts the club in is not a good situation at all! We have lost count at the number of people wo committed to supporting the club and then dropping out, even as late as 2 days before the event, which as you can imagine is very difficult to fill those spaces. It has gotten so bad this year we a1 point

Right got some more done blocks built back up did the head spacer today all went smoothly ready to build back up.was told when I bought the engine it was low mileage and it turned out it is the block has no wear and the heads in good shape to. engines out. head off bores in great shape head was checked and was good and cleaned up. after it had a clean back on the block didn't have time to take pictures of the spacer to busy make sure the head was torqued properly. Timing marks lined back up.1 point -
