Hi everyone thought I'd say hi. ive got mk1 golf and put a vr6 in it. ill be looking to do some mods and in time maybe turbo or super charging. if anyone's from Essex and fancy a meet give me a shout cheers adam2 points -
I'm planning to collect parts for the conversion and do it after the paintwork next summer. Would plan to remove all of the auto wiring and ecu As far as parts go : 02A gearbox Flywheel Clutch kit and fork Starting Motor Clutch master and slave cylinder + pipe work Clutch and Brake pedal - separate items? gear selector and cables throttle cable Not sure on : engine ecu wiring for starting motor driveshafts Any ideas on these would be great !1 point

Ye its a marmite colour, not keen on it myself, would need putting back to origional colour which going by the struts was silver..but that got surface rust....i think if you want a very clean one then they are expensive regardless of milage. Il keep my options open as ive got an inport subaru sti as my toy and this would be a daily what i can just get in and drive1 point

Yes them window motors go all the time pal. The main concerns would be rot along the sills and floor. They always go on the rear floor pans and around the drainage bungs. Surface rust can be dealt with but rot hits the pocket hard. [emoji23][emoji106]1 point
