I bolted my Rotrex charger kit on in an afternoon and it makes around 300bhp, I could take it off and sell it for what it owes me in the same day I reckon, that's what I like about Superchargers.

Got my carpets back in today. Like new to say the least. Really happy with how they turned out. Popped door are and seats back in. Took her for a test drives and things seem to be good. Just need to pop a splitter on her and take it for MOT all being well. New tires are wider and do rub slightly on the front so will need to raise her a little. [emoji30]. Needs must!

As the title suggests folks the club is interested in Hosting a track day! We are looking to hold it in or around October on a weekend this year at a UK based track pretty central Snetterton or something like. We have had a few people putting their names down for shows recently and not show or pull out last minute for various reasons, so I ask please no lip service here if you put your name down please don't let the club down. I would do injectors before pump. Get a 4 bar fuel regulator. If you are going to do cams. Do them before the map. The remap should be your final step. Do not buy a TDI [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. VRs fuck the world. Forced induction VRs fuck everything hahahaha

Whats needed for a supercharger? Map? Fuel pump?? It will be more an everyday car as ive got a jap import scooby for my weekend toy

As has just been said, it is all down to personal preference if truth bekown. I have a supercharged VR and the wife has a turbo charged VR. Mine is my every day runner/driver so I like the fact that it's nice and smooth to drive, but if need be I can still put my foot down and give it large. Now all depending on what you want out of the car/use it for will help you decide if you do more research (again as has been said) as with a super charger when it's installed the power you get is pretty much all you will ever get really, where on the other hand with a turbo charger, well power wi

This has been covered so many times dude a quick search of the forum will sometimes help you find the answers. Its all down to personal preference and budget! You can buy a 2nd hand charger set up for £1000-£2000 and bolt on 100 or so RELIABLE bhp. You can do a budget turbo build or buy a cheap chinese kit from eBay and get some crazy figures and destroy your engine in seconds. I would love to go to this. Have you looked into cost? Maybe if everyone is paid up by end of August/ beginning of September then people are much less likely to drop out.

Snett is one of the fastest tracks in the uk, been there in my Scooby a number of years ago.... It was the hottest day on record at 30 something degrees, not really much good for caning a car about! I'd like to say I'd be up for this but not sure the goddess would enjoy it very much! Then again! [emoji848]

A bit more work done this afternoon. Engine sounded proper funky on start up. Was nearly match in tank time. However she come good in the end. Fitted some Samco hoses that where on the donor car I bought and two window regulators sorted. So all I am waiting on is carpets and interior a wheel that's with the repairers and its MOT time I hope.
