Unfortunately this is only a single day event and there's no camping. But feel free to come Along for the day if you like. It's a fair old drive for you pal but I've done the long run ones all in a day. Or if you take a look in the events section at VW festival in Leeds next weekend then that one is a full weekend. We (The Club) will be there from the Friday to the Sunday. In my eyes Tatton Park and VW fest are probably the best shows at the moment. They are great cars are can be easily upgraded! I've got R32 shocks, springs and ARBs to go on mine, straight fit and apparently transforms the car no end! Also pretty much all MK4 bits are cheap! Where else would you get a 204hp 4wd car for the price they're going for!

Managed to get an 11" Spal pull fan mounted to my radiator today using the supplied 'quick connect kit' Apologies for my terrible fabrication skills, made a bracket today to mount my 19 row oil cooler to my 52mm twin pass polo radiator. This is how it will sit. Just need to make some mounting brackets for the entire assembly. On the plus side the new rad, fan & oil cooler weighs at least 50% lighter than the old rad, fan & air con radiator.

Bought my Passat vr6 in Feb 2015 and still enjoying it now I bought it as a non runner. As the heater matrix had gone. It has a 2.9 inlet manifold mates to a 2.8 ported tb. Then I swap the coilovers over from my last car and added some TT rims. Then mostly enjoyed it. Recently I've added the exhaust and kept up to maintenance. Hopefully never going to let it go.

Been trying to get somewhere with this, as people keep pestering me to buy it![emoji15][emoji23] Got it serviced and the plugs changed, they looked like they'd been in the a while![emoji15] Removed a few bits of trim including the rear spoiler to make a nicer job of claying and machine polishing; Whilst it was off used an old trick with a hot air gun to bring it back to life, before; Then half way through; Then broke the mop out to see how it was going to come up, Quite nice was the answer to that![emoji7] Love mystic blue! Engine finally in [emoji3] Mounted turbo manifold just to test the fit. Still need to bolt the driveshafts up but could not resist a look [emoji12].
